• Health Data (via Apple HealthKit): We access HealthKit data (Heart Rate Variability, sleep, activity, and mindfulness exercises) to calculate your MindScore and provide personalized insights. This data is stored only in your private iCloud storage and is not accessible by us.
• Anonymous Analytics Data: We collect non-personally identifiable usage data through Firebase, Mixpanel, and Sentry to analyze app performance, improve features, and fix bugs. This data does not include any HealthKit information.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Calculate and display your MindScore based on HealthKit data.
• Provide personalized breathing exercises and recommendations.
• Synchronize your mindfulness data across devices using iCloud/CloudKit.
• Improve the App’s performance and fix issues using anonymous analytics data.

4. Data Storage & Security

• HealthKit Data: All HealthKit data remains on your device and is stored in iCloud/CloudKit. We do not have access to this data.
• Anonymous Analytics Data: This data is securely processed by Firebase, Mixpanel, and Sentry, in compliance with their privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

CalmMind does not share HealthKit data with third parties. However, we use the following services:

• Apple HealthKit – To read and write health-related data with your explicit consent.
• Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Sentry – To collect anonymous app usage data for improvements.

6. Your Rights & Control Over Data

• HealthKit Permissions: You can grant or revoke HealthKit access at any time via your iPhone settings.
• Data Deletion: Since all health data is stored in iCloud, deleting the app will remove all locally stored data. You can also manually delete data from the Health app or iCloud settings.
• Opting Out of Analytics: You can disable app analytics in your device settings.

CalmMind complies with global privacy regulations, including:

• GDPR (EU users): We process only necessary data and store it securely in iCloud.
